For Those Having Mouse Acceleration Issue Here is Solution
By Felix
Plugins didn't work for me, but this one worked.
My 360* turn is 13,5 cm in all fps games, but in this game it was varying by how fast i am
moving my mouse. And that solution worked for me, hope it will work for you too.

How To
- http://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.com.tr/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html
Go to that site
-MarkC_Windows_10+8.x+7_MouseFix.zip @ google drive
-Download that link
-Unzip to a folder
-For windows 7 users;
First check your display DPI that you currently use, which you can find from
"Click Start, click
Control Panel, select Appearance and Personalization, select Display.
See if you have 100% or 125% or 150% selected.
(On Windows 8.1 or 10, if you see a 'Smaller...Larger' slider, then:
- the 1st slider position will be 100%,
- the 2nd slider position will be 125%,
- the 3rd slider position (might not be shown) will be 150%."
-Now you know your DPI selection, open Windows 7 Fixes folder.
-Select the REG file that matches the DPI you use and open it with registry editor.
-Answer Yes, OK to the prompts that appear.
- Restart the PC. (It is necessary to reboot or restart, otherwise wont work)
-And problem is solved.

Raybearz is right:

just go to

UnrealTournament.ini
- set UseDirectInput to True

Download the OldUnreal fix instead, there you can just activate rawinput

@Raybearz DirectInput is Microsoft's old-ass API that was mostly used for controllers. It literally hasn't had any major changes in 2 decades. [en.wikipedia.org] I don't actually know if it's "true" raw input anyway. If you don't want to use the fix in the guide, the community patch adds raw mouse input as an option. [github.com]

This actually worked! Thanks a lot!
Also, you might want to add a space before the link - the dash gets confused as part of the link and screws it up.
