it doesn't work for me. it doesn't display the -300 skill in the negative skills choices.

Works fine, you find the +300 points in the negative trait area, add this to your your traits and there you go, an extra 300 points to play with

suggestion: make a mod that add a 'positive' (green) trait that does nothing.
