D before the name (A16)

Description
When an item was worned by a corpse, the D is before the name of the item and not after.
This is really useful when using mods that add items with really long names.
This change also affect the "sort by" in traders. That mean if you sort by "name",
all the item worn by corpses will be together, making selling them a lot easier.

Work with item add from mods.
Should work with already existing saves.

I don't planned to mod this game anymore.
Even if I would, I was not able to make this work in A17...
(this is a c# mod which is more complex then normal mod)

If someone else want to take the idea, they can.
