WM Reuse pods

Description
* Allows you to reuse pods under certain conditions.

* Have a Pod Launcher within a radius of 20 tiles of the targeted landing zone to reuse pods.

* One pod launcher is required for every arriving pods. Remaining pods will randomly drop around and vanish.

Assuming I were to pick up development of this mod, what kind of licensing would you be OK with? I generally release all my stuff as MIT, but I don't want to step on your toes.

Because of a hard disk failure I have some old mods that were not backed up by versioning... I You may if you want decompile the source code and update the mod.
