I just couldn't find any residential mod. Therefore, I made it myself.

Fancy studio apartment comes furnished to the highest standard. Further benefits include floor windows, real wood flooring throughout and residents also enjoy access to leisure facilities and a 24hour concierge.

The apartment utilities requires electricity, water, gas and cable.
Trash and recycle rooms are required. (Don't know why the requirement is not showing the recycling in the game, if you know, please let me know. Thanks!)
Service required are handyman, plumber, and laundry room.
Costs 300 to build and pays around 400.
I also did some slight modification on the resident satisfaction.
They are not that sensitive to noise and smell compared to other residents.
The room should also provide some noise reduction.

This is my first time ever making a mod.
There is no bed but I added an armchair.
That means the resident can only sit and read newspaper, but no sleep animation.

i would love a mod with apartments in different colors instead of just the orange, but this is the next best thing for me! thank you!

This shows up and works for me with all the DLC installed, looks great in the game even without the bed, really nice!

Hi amedis27, I think that might be the problem. There's other people with the same problem as you have. They also have the Miami Mall pack. I will try to fix my mods once I get the Miami Mall pack, but I don't plan to buy it before Christmas sale. Sorry for the inconvenice :(

This mod or any of yours doesn't show up on the mod list nor in the game :(

Hi amedis27, I tested the mod in game again. It didn't show the same problem as you mentioned here. Would you mind to tell me if you have any DLC installed which is different from me? I only have Las Vegas pack and the original game. I'm sorry that I cannot be more helpful.

Hi Mikado-hime, I posted the tutorial in the steam community sub forum for modding. I hope this can help. I'm not sure why the official site doesn't have the residential modding tutorial, I just figure how to make residential mods myself, but it is not that difficult comparing to making other mods.
