(SP) "Alpha" - USSR

The year is 1982. Political turmoil in the government of the Democratic Republic of Chernarus has begun as the supporters of the new president, Borislav Dragić, plead for a liberalization of the government and a new policy to enlighten the regime in the socialist state. The more communist wing, opposed to Dragić's plans, have planned a coup to overthrow him from the power and save the nation of becoming a capitalist country. As the plan was discovered, Dragić has declared the state of emergency, and tanks and infantry now patrol the streets of the cities and villages. Meanwhile, in the Soviet Union, the Soviet Politburo has ordered the KGB to deploy special operations units near the border to destabilize the position of the Chernarussian leader and support the marxist-leninists who are still loyal to the idea of a communist nation in Chernarus.

The Chernarussian People's Army has been deployed in some villages of the region of South Zagoria and have established some checkpoints and radars in some of the abandoned villages of the region (there are more than 10). Soviet KGB has deployed the Spetsnaz "Alpha" Group near the village of Bor to destroy a radar and radio station that covers a radius of 12 kilometres around it. The village is guarded by a garrison of moreless 25 infantrymen.
