Yes, it gives a prob limit. It bothers me very often! I could create bigger and more beautiful parks if i could place more as 64 probs

No problem your parks are beautiful and it is in quality which is very high above all the ugly old industrial and normal parks created 2 years ago with vanilla trees, fences and containers :D. In this case fence is ok, shack why not, but the decals. I think that everybody has own favourite decal right now (because there is so many of them). So it would be cool use are own decals (have the freedom to do it). Also not sure about this but if you use props and create plopable park does the props used for your park count towards the prop limit number or not?

I create the parks always special for my city, and i upload this only always, because i notice that other users like my parks, too. I know that you can decorate with the mods very beautiful even without a park, but there is then missing the park effect for the buildings. Thanks for your comment and your opinion

Your work is great but I have a question. Do you create these assets for the players who are lazy to decorate it? Or for players who likes to decorate it on their own? For example this industrial lot looks great and it is great fir for industrial areas if you want to have park here (fulfil citizen needs and help buildings to upgrade) BUT you used specific fence, shack and decals. Dont you think it is better to dont use these assets and let everybody to "decorate it" as they wish? :)
At one assest somebody was asking you if you could add lights. It is ridiculous why you should do that? There is so many lights in this game and they look different. So it is everybodys choice which they will use. You can apply this approach to other props as well :) Thank you

what is the LUT you're using in your pictures? They're all grey-ish and depressing and I like it.
