1) I would love for this item to have a smoke particle effect, however Valve hasn't released the exact details on how to implement this yet, so until then I can't add this but imagine that it could have smoke when in the game.
2) Same as above, I think this would work best with a jiggle/physics bone but I don't have the know how for this just yet. So just imagine the bobbling badassery.
3) "Why Urn of Shadows?! It's a terrible item for Dazzle!" - Two reasons, it can be viable even if it's just for public games, and more importantly the colour scheme compliments Dazzle nicely.
