Limitanei Garrisons

Description
Non-recruitable garrison units for the Romans. They function like the Paighan Band meatshield. It's very useful for the Eastern Roman Empire since they have garbage garrisons compared to the Western Roman Empire and Sassanid Empire.

I have to agree with the below; garrisons need to be historically accurate with fewer and different units distrubuted within each region.

Or the garrisons should be filled with peasants and a militia. And then the player can recruit the historical correct garrison units himself; which can be mobile as they were historically

i want to download this, but people in the comments are saying its un removable and saved games cant be loaded without it.

it works, but once you use it in a save, it will crash if you uninstalit.

Autoresolve has nothing to do with this mod other than it making garrisons slightly stronger. It merely adds several more cool looking limitanei to each roman garrison. I am working on a garrison version of skidvar that uses these meshes. Would the author be ok with that?

Also, it is un-removable. If I unsubscribe, saved games cant load and the game crashes if I try to load (luckily i have only played 20 turns so far).

2. Everytime local rebels (whether an emergent faction or not) attack my settlement, even if it's a lvl1 town, I win every autoresolve. I demolished every possible building in Lybia and Egypt, and yet the rebels never win.

Maybe it's jsut me, but it seems that the AI doesn't calculate the probability of success right. Rebel armies suicide again and again, and probably the Germanics do the same, if the WRE is doing so well.

DeusBas, it doesnt replace, it adds extra units.

This is actually amazingly good
- makes the AI-controlled ERE survive longer
- makes it easier for player-controlled ERE to defend
- very simple and seems to work with the 1.5 garrisons mod

Just one question. Can you tell me if this units replace the vanilla garrisons units ?
