90's Era Nickelodeon Studios in Universal Studios Florida

Description
This is the old 90's era Nickelodeon Studios building at Universal Studios Florida. This was the home to one of my favorite childhood shows Double Dare! Do you know the answer or take the Physical Challenge?!? This building was closed and left abandoned in mid 2005. It was recently renovated and today is currently occupied by the Blue Man Group show. This building sits right behind the Hard Rock Orlando. Unfortunately I ran out of pieces with the 2000 piece limit to build the two adjoining soundstages. They are pretty plain looking buildings though and didn't look like much fun to try and recreate so that's why they are missing.

Installation is pretty straightforward and simple. When laying down the building initially, sink it until the concrete tops just barely show. The paths on the stairway and the second floor balcony were built at 13 feet wide. There are both first and second floor entryways into the building. Check out the final screencap to see the paths uncovered by the building. Would work great as a coaster station, food court or just a scenery building.

The slime fountain and parts of the sign were built by allenwatts01.

Thanks for stopping by and checking it out. If you like it be sure to give it a thumbs up. Enjoy!

That would be great. He is Mr Food Network now but he's always so serious whenever he's actually on air with Food Network. Would be great to see him cut loose again.

Modern day tv pretty much sucks. I mean MTV doesn't even play music videos anymore! lol I heard they might reboot DD with Mark Summers! That would be cool.

Yeah its sad to know that its closed now. Maybe I'm just biased but the shows I see my nieces and nephews watching on Nikelodeon pale in comparison to the gems that came out of that studio. So many good shows. Lots of Game shows too which seem to be almost non existant on there now.

Thanks @Travis! So many hours of entertainment that filled my childhood came out of that building including DD. Loved that show!

Oh this warms my heart. I watched an episode of Double Dare there when I was 7.
