Description
This adds the flag of Star Oceans Pangalactic Federation. Saddly they dont have an actual flag in any game. However I only found this out after I decided to use their flag. So I ended up making them one based around the united nations symbol which they evolved from anyway. I'm very happy with the design and I hope you are too.
