Description
Adds a new job for Rebels: Guerilla. This has rebels focus on trying to draw out ADVENT patrols out in a region, enabling troop maneuver activities to spawn in a region for you as long as the ADVENT strength in a region isn't at 3 or below.

However, note that with every victory you have, the vigilance of ADVENT in your region will grow stronger, which can result in faster-than-normal retaliations if you focus on a region too much. (Can also result in ADVENT putting in 2 or 3 reinforcements for every patrol you take out, though this can be to your advantage depending on the strategic situation you're in)

The Guerilla job is greatly boosted by a soldier being the haven adviser. It will be unavailable if ADVENT is blocking recruitment efforts in the region.

Also adds a console command (InitNewJobs) to activate this and any other job mod installed in an in-progress campaign.

Settings can be altered in this mod's XComLW_Outposts.ini, located at (wherever the game is installed\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\856267047\Config)

By default, 1 Guerilla with no levels and without a soldier adviser will make a troop maneuver activity appear in about 20 days.

These don't need to be updated. They work as-is. Most LW2 mods work straight with LWOTC. The exceptions are few and mostly center around those mods that do things that WOTC already changed.

It reduces force level and rasies vigilance. Vigilance only makes ADVENT *want* to send more forces there. If you're hammering some other area such that all the heat is elsewhere, that's where most of the reinforcements will go, allowing you to slowly chip away at force levels elsewhere. Also the destroyed force levels are actually removed from the game, and have to be replaced via the offworld UFOs, so you're making a small dent in the overall ADVENT army.

So this is a way to lower strengh, but is also increases it at the same time. i am confused

Probably the most powerful job out there. It's incredible to see how I managed to keep regional strengh below radar thanks to this job.

Is it just me, or does creating multiple mission with this job cause the same map to repeat over and over and over again?

i love all ur mods u made so far and probally use 90% of them. really thx. for a future mod i had an idea. i heard alot of people encounter problems with the DLCs in LW2. sometimes they appear, sometimes they don't or other times u only get one of them and than more than once. You could make it that the Missions appear earlier so that people can get the spark faster and the alien ruler too.
