One of my personal favorite new bosses in Antibirth now playable in Afterbirth+! He starts with 2.5 soul hearts, flight, and antigravity.

Seriously probably some of the most fun I've had in Isaac in a while, wish you'd release the item separately as a mod because it'd have a huge change of making it into the game!

You know he doesn't own the character, right? The Rainmaker is an Antibirth boss. The person who made the other rainmaker used completely different sprites and already made an Antibirth boss in to a character
