This is a fully-featured warp-capable Class 1 starter CV, LVL 10, with no requirements for Erestrum or Zascosium.

This is the Steel (cheapest) version of the Hopper. Here are all the versions:

The CV has the following features:

- Warp capable
- Pressurized
- Large Constructor (upgrade to Advanced when you get the mats)
- Large pad at the top for SV and HV (with possibility to install a repair bay when you have the mats). The upper position helps protect the docked SVs and HVs from sides and below.
- Ramps to help HV get to the pad. The ramp does not extend to the ground to help with rough terrain, and HVs can reach them easily when flying at 3m.
- O2 and Medic
- Grow plots
- Food processor and Fridge
- 2 x Defensive cannons and ammo box
- Gravity Generator
- Harvest Box and space for a Drill Turret when you get the mats to build it (behind the docking pad)
- 3 Cockpits and 3 passenger seats (then is space for more if needed)
- Cargo
- Armor Locker (Repair Station not included, uses Z and E ingots in 7.0, unfortunately)
- Detector
- Wireless
- T2 CPU
- Some internal space left blank if you want more cargo or other customization
