Desert Spray M16A4

Description
M16A4 spray painted with desert camouflage.

I wanted to do this one for a while now , since JAX made a remastered version of it on L4D2's workshop, i figured i should compile it for Insurgency, well here we are.

Note: Carry handle is a bit wonky due to how vanilla deltas works, so bear with me.

Replaces the Security Forces's M16A4
