This is so strange - I started making an Arma 3 map for this exact Island based off east of New York... My hardrives failed however and I lost my work :( I managed to ge the heightmap and satmap though :D

@Brewer. The island was created as an example for the lesson and will not be updated and edited. Did anyone else this will, all the sources available in the public domain...
