Early/No Civil War Mod

Description
Multi-power faction (ie Rome or Carthage)

Below 40% influence - no civil war chance

Between 40% and 50% - 100% civil war chance

Above 50% influence - no civil war chance

The aim of the mod is to give you control over the civil war. I wanted the civil war to happen early on in the campaign as when you have most of the map it is annoying to have half of your regions leave.
This lets you gain the perks of winning a civil war early and then avoiding one for the rest of the campaign, providing you keep your influence above 50%.

Single-power faction (ie everyone else)

Below 97% influence - no civil war chance

97% or 98% influence - 100% civil war chance

99% influence - no civil war chance

The aim of this for single-power factions is to avoid civil wars as there are no in game benefits to it. It is easy to keep your influence below 97%.

At level one imperium these effects take place now, as before you could not have a civil war before level 4.

I have had a few issues with this mod not working as it should so let me know how it works out for you. The database changes I made should mean it works as described above though unless I missed something.

This mod was created before the November 2017 overhaul of the civil war mechanic so I am not sure how it will behave if you are playing on up to date patches.

Hope you enjoy early or no civil wars!

Does it includes Wrath of Sparta? And save game compatible?

My mod will work for your faction only i.e. Senate Loyalists. If you are playing a mod that has Rome as three different factions then the civil war will only be within your faction.

IF you are playing on patches before the civil war overhaul it will work. If you are playing on the most recent patch then I am not sure, I will imagine not but I need to test.
