Moody
A better way to monitor your moods

Ludeon forum release post: https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=28690.0

Moody is a floating dashboard that provides information about your colonists' moods at a glance at all times. There are five views available that you can switch between using the icons along the top. Moody is always on top but can be resized using the handle in the lower right corner and minimized with the button in the upper right.

Moody does not store any information with save games and can be enabled and disabled without affecting existing saves.

The views:
  • Summary View
  • Thought View
  • Temperature View
  • Skill View
  • Job View
  • Health View

More information about each view, along with the change log, can be found in the Ludeon forum post linked at the top.

Is it possible to exclude conditions like Psychite dependency and Go-Juice-dependency from the health view Attention Required tab?

It really doesn't need my attention unless the pawns go into a coma from it.

i have it open in the top right of a 4k screen so not more than 1 dozen. need it to see their health status and to be able to quickl.y select pawns that are dangerously moody

How many pawns do you keep visible in Moody at once? It should only recalculate for the displayed pawns so if you're keeping Moody really long that may impact performance. Try shortening it and see if that helps.

60 on a small map and as many or more animals
Main pawn view which was skipping some and causing the rest of the UI to not render

aye in the coming days I will try moody again because cant play without it

@LZIM at what number of colonists? With which view open? A few people have mentioned performance, but I have a 15 year old system and Moody doesn't impact my performance noticeably, so it's hard for me to understand the conditions where people are struggling. Feel free to open a discussion thread if you want to discuss it further.

not sure what changed but performance is massacred with moody active and opened. UI and audio is also completely broken. deleted and reinstalled all mods just to make sure.

Hmm, might be a local issue, as I've experienced similar issues with a few other mods. I'll try purging my local files and see if things are fixed.

@SC_Reaper I cannot reproduce. Does it still happen on a fresh game with no other mods? If so, please provide more information on what is going on.

There's a texture issue when the menu is collapsed on the new version.

Sorry for the distraction mate. It cleared when I loaded a save from my new colony and then I had Moody again. No idea what caused it, but it was on my end. Love your mod and been using it since 1.1.
