Having trouble installing the mod?

1. Check your mods folder (documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/MODS
2. Check if there's a .civ5mod file for this mod and if there's a folder for this mod.
3. If there's both, place the .civ5mod file in its respective folder.
4. If there's only the .civ5mod file, use 7zip to extract it to a folder.
5. If neither are there, then steam probably messed up. Use a steam mod downloader site to get the file.

The UA isn't empire-wide like the description suggests. It's in the capital only. The bonus is tied to an unbuildable "Hex" building that only appears in the capital. Was this intentional?

I played that boardgame with some buddys. It takes no skill at all. Just luck.

@mikevarn Yikes, totally forgot the numbers changed with game speed. I'll probably change it to Caravansary in each city and fix the themeing bonus issue in the next version. Thanks for the feedback!

Play note: University of Catan does not give theming bonus. If intentional, makes it a little less useful. Also despite description, for my play Longest Road is requiring 10 not 5 Caravansaries, rendering it virtually useless.

Imagine setting every player to this on the Catan map.

Wow, I never expected to see this as a civ, but I love it.
