PARK-Pegasus/Jacarand 6x6 Maison by HGscMENTOR

If you like it, please RATE UP, FAVORITE, and SHARE this with friends/family.

The park pictured above is found in the Upper Dam District of the FORT WILLIAMS gameshare on Workshop. Check it out.

Beautiful Pegasus statue looms over blooming Jacaranda trees shading lovely benches to create a calming place to relax and relfect on how small our problems truly are.

HEADS-UP: YOU WON'T FIND THIS PARK IN THE PARKS OR TREES SECTION OF YOUR GAME - IT IS IN THE << UNIQUE BUILDINGS >> SECTION. the path to it is .... Unique Buildings >> Level 2 Unique Buildings (4th tab from the left). AND YOU CAN ONLY USE IT ONCE IN YOUR CITY BEFORE IT GETS EXCAVATING TOOLS CROSSED OVER IT to warn you not to use it again in-game. This is because it has a "High Triangle Count on Mesh: 20484/15000, so using it more than once (or in a game already heavily loaded with mods) could possibly cause your game to slow down some. It doesn't slow mine down as I only have 15 mods and 6 models of RICO bldgs (albiet used about 4 times each in the game), but if you are heavy on mods, etc., this might be one you would prefer to think about twice. Niis-Ku has a model of the Pegasus that is about 1/6th the size of this one that is pretty. It is much smaller in triangle count and you could use my PARK-PEGASUS COLLECTION (which won't be on Workshop for a couple days yet) with that one in it instead of this one if you like.

I have to thank Niis-Ku for the original Pegasus park that I started with when making this park. This is just a reworked version of Niis-Ku's original Pegasus park (I put in different trees and took a few things out), But Niis-Ku is the modder who actually figured out how to get the Pegasus statue into Workshop in the first place so the rest of us could "tweek" it to fit into our landscape plans.

HUGE KUDO's Niis-Ku

And Mr. Maison (another hugely talented modder) made the beautiful Jacaranda trees that I placed in the park. He deserves Kudo's as well for all the beautiful landscaping mods he's given all of us to play with.

I would appreciate it if you "share" the park with your friends and family, vote the park up by clicking on the "thumbs-up" rating button, and ask your friends and family to do the same. I think if enough people do this, I get a star or two on my ratings bar (which helps the park get up on the first or second screen when people search for parks).

I hope you and your friends and family will enjoy using this little park as much as I enjoyed making it and plopping it into my Fort Williams Gamesave.

No Worries, X. I sometimes don't see my chats or comments for a week or more at a time. Life takes priority, you know. I'm glad you like them. Hoping you will enjoy more of them.

Thanks, Xianli. :^)
The statue and the original park were actually made by Niisku .... and Mr. Maison actually created the beautiful Jacaranda trees ...I just put em together. But thanks for the sweet Kudos.

Oh, if you like this one, you'll probably also love the one I made with the huge fountain with actual flowing water in it .... also just a "put-together" of other modders creations. I'll see if I can get the link to that and put it here. Give me a minute.....
