Gears of War 2: Skorge (Saw Staff now included)

the Locust who's design was inspired by the Predator, and the second General of the Locust Horde, as well as the leader of the Kantus Monks

update: added jigglebones to his dreadlocks and cloth around his hips :3

update 2: added his staff after god knows how long, tweaked the jiggle bones a bit, and added higher quality textures
