Conclusion

I would highly recommend the Compact Rifle, because it has a lot of damage and its instantly avaliable. Futhermore it is useable on a bike (and boat, but who cares) and with the extended clip or drummagazine you got 60/100 rounds to perforate your foes.

You totally forgot about the Sawed-off Shotgun, wich in close range, is (almost every time) a 1 shot-kill, and you can use it on bikes.

GTA 5 is not really known for huge recoil patterns, especially not on bikes so I neglected it.
