Description
One of the three Horselords in the west during the Three Kingdoms Era

Bonuses:
Defensive bonuses, +1 sight and no city attack penalty to mounted units

UBs: All effects are the same unless otherwise noted

Vanguard Stables (Replaces stables)
+10% Mounted unit strength
+1 Horse resource
Does not require access to horse, sheep or cows

Desert Silo (replaces granary)
+2 food from oasis
15% Food stored after growth

UU (not yet implemented)
Swift Riders: +20% base strength, +1 moves, double move on hills, +25% vs wounded enemies

Generals (not yet implemented)
Ma Chao, Pang De, Pang Tong

Requires Gods and Kings

Currently this uses the 'steal city names' from the huns as well as their icon, until I can figure out a way not to duplicate the city names between factions.

As far as city names go, just look up city names from the region Ma Teng controlled and pick 20-24. Also 2 buildings and an OP UU are a bit much. Ma Teng was definitely cool, one of my personal favs from RTK, but he didn't end well.
