CP's Steel Vengeance + Station and Transfer Track

Description
Small Update 5: Made the Transfer Track Larger to be more realistic, added the final small airtime hill before the brakes, and smoothed out some parts.

Update 4: Took the base blueprint and added the station and transfer track based on the official POV. Future plans are to add queue pathing and the spiral staircase to the MCBR.

Yea Lord Tachanka, one gripe I have with the blueprint is that the stats are off (like max speed of 82 mph), but unfortunately there's nothing I can do to fix that.
