Time Progression 4x Slower

Description
Time Progression 4x Slower -
This is the slowest setting available in the game, any other setting will still be 8 seconds per day since it is capped by the engine.

So a train which normally takes 4 months, now only takes 1 month to make the journey.
Vanilla is 1 day = 2 seconds or 1 year = 12 minutes
Mod: 1 day = 8 seconds or 1 year = 48 minutes.

Income scales with the time, so for instance, a delivery of cargo for the same train / contents:
Vanilla: - income of 100k
2 x Faster: - Income of 200k
2 x Slower: - Income of 50k
4 x Slower - Income of 25K

Which means in the space of 1 game year, regardless of which speed mod in use, you should make the same profits as you would have vanilla.

An alternative 2x slower or 2x faster is in the collection above.

Whilst a simple edit, this allows you to enable / disable the time progression without having to quit the game and edit config files. Can be added / removed at any time.

Note: At time of making this mod, this is the slowest I could set it. If further customisation becomes available, I will make use of it. Just to clarify, this mod is a SIMPLE config edit, changing one value only. Everything else that accompanies it, scaling / balancing etc is done via the game / coded by the dev's not by me.

Very unlikely someone will see this, but can there be an equivalent to this for TPF2? The slow time option in that game is garbage, I want my trains to stick around for a while and not have to be replaced after 5 years. If there is a way to automatically set the default time as -x4 that mod would be super helpful. Not for TPF1 but for TPF2

This mod in TPF1 simply enabled a developer added feature.
In TPF2, they added the feature native to the game, by clicking on the date, you can adjust the progression of time.

I have no further plans for any mods with TPF1 or 2 at this time.

I think this mod would be very very nice for tf2. Theres alot of people who would like the game to slow down even more then the ingame options.
