Description
6-story Italianate style tenement building converted to tiny apartments for young professionals. a bit more triangles than I thought it would be but couldn't compromise the details! Enjoy!

Asset Info:

Growable - 1x4 - Level 3 High Density Residential Building
MODEL - 2,317 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (a,d,c,i,n,s)
LOD - 72 triangles with 256x256 textures (d,c,i,s)

Thank you @RudytheDominator. I won't release these buildings as they are for L1. Just because I want to keep the game experience of city growing/simulation etc,. But I am willing to make them shorter, maybe with slightly different facade designs or color, and release them for Lv1.. So if you need as they are for your city, yes...you have to change them yourself :( Hope you understand

Hey, I love all the different buildings youv'e cretaed on the workshop, and I really want to use them in my city, but I need residential at level 1. It sounds like a long order, but could release these same buildings as R1's? It would add some nice floavor to the game. Otherwise I have to go into the in-game editor and change them all seperatly. Which would literally take hours given the instability of that.
