Easier Hammers and Axes

Description
This mod makes hammers and axes a bit easier to use by allowing you to release the hammer/axe at any point during the charge animation, doing a fraction of the damage relative to how much of the charge you did. This makes them operate a lot more like bows, where if you only hold the bow for half the charge, you get half the damage. These changes also apply to any modded hammers and axes that use the default scripts.

Can you make it so the Hammer alts allow us to jump?

You really need to update this mod to work with a wider range of axes and hammers. Barely any of the hammers and axes that are used in mods co-operate with this mod these days and it's very sad. I really liked using axes and hammers because they provided a wide range of damage and utility when it came to half-charging attacks for faster but consistent damage or backing off to wind up fully. :Y

Nevermind, it suddenly started working. Don't know why though.

Doesn't work for me, perhaps someone will create a "fixed" version?
