You should have the mother ship replace the carrier tank, having a particle beam come down from the ship to the area where the MvM tank was.

Aliens invade robots so robots could invade us. It seems Mann Co. isn't the only target this time. Also this should be added to Potato's MvM Servers, it more than deserves the spot
