Touhou - The Netherworld

Adds the Netherworld from Touhou Youyoumu ~ Perfect Cherry Blossom as a playable civilization, led by Yuyuko Saigyouji. Requires Gods and Kings and Brave New World.

The Netherworld is a highly military- and culture-focused civilization built on a theme of "cultural conquest." Grow your empire as fat as you can and expand wherever you like; Yuyuko's ghostly soldiers grow stronger as the cherry trees blossom during Golden Ages, and her unique unit can profit from long wars against civilizations with a lot of units.

Unique Ability - Deadly Butterfly: Gain Samurai Poets 60% faster, and Great Artists and Musicians 15% faster during Golden Ages. Units gain +33% Combat Strength during Golden Ages.

Unique Building - Cherry Blossom Garden: Replaces the Writers' Guild. Provides +5 global Happiness and +3 GPP instead of +1.

Unique Unit - Samurai Poet: Replaces the Great Writer. Powerful Unit that can move thrice, attack twice, and generates Culture upon killing an enemy. Can also be consumed to create a Great Work of Writing.
