Uranium Enrichment Facility

Description
This mod adds the Uranium Enrichment Facility as a National Wonder, which allows for multiplication of Uranium resources and improves the capability of Nuclear Plants across the empire.

Unlocked with Nuclear Fission
National Wonder (limited to one per Civilization)
Build Cost: 1100 Production
Requires 5 Uranium to build

Maintenance: 10 Gold
Science +3
Provides 10 Uranium (net gain of 5 after initial cost to build)
Each source of Uranium worked by the city produces +2 Production
Nuclear Plants in all cities produce +3 Production

This wonder incentivizes Nuclear Plants over (in my opinion too easy) Solar Plants in the long run, as well as making the scramble for Uranium as soon as it is revealed on the map more important.

An optional block of code to require a Nuclear Plant to be built in the city as a prerequisite is prewritten in the main .XML file of the mod. Simply remove the comment brackets around it to make building the wonder a little more difficult if desired.

Built and tested on Civ V with both G&K and BNW installed. If mod conflicts exist, please report them down below.

I may up the science amount or change it to a different yield with more feedback.

Do keep in mind that it gets buffed by the Library (+33%) and Research Lab (+50%) you almost certainly have at this point in the game, as well as a potential Observatory (+50%) and National College (+50%). It is also buffed by the bonus from taking Rationalism (+10%) and Rationalism: Sovereignty (+1 Gold). So at the late stage you build this you are definitely gaining more than 3 science per turn from it.

since its a late game wonder perhaps you could make it +30 science, or at least +3 science per nuclear plant?

It does not require a Nuclear Plant in every city.

I thought about it at first but the amount of Uranium needed to build a Nuclear Plant in every city in a wide empire is really punishing depending on how much or little happens to be in your borders.

Do you need a plant in every city to build it?
