Chivalry uses the unreal engine, so if you wish to make maps for it, I recommend looking up some UDK tutorials on youtube (UDK being the Unreal Development Kit) It comes pre-installed with Chivalry, all you need to do is when starting up Chivalry, choose the Launcher option, and once it pops up there will be an Editor button, click that and you're ready to go
Read my previous comment, it's probably the same problem with you, you never downloaded all subscribed files
You can play this map by opening your console and typing "open AOCFFA-DarkrootGarden"
Before you can do that however, when starting up Chivalry, click the launcher option. In the launcher there will be an option to download subscribed workshop files. Once that is done, it will download all the maps that you're subscribed to in steam
