and yet on the same computer, i'm runing a different campaign that never had this mod installed, and it's smooth as butter.
could the lack of this mod be causing trouble for the game that started out with it installed? Maybe it's so busy checking for it that it keeps lagging or something?
There's "MEC English Voice Pack", which is smaller, but just has the English voice files.

You can't. Look for "MEC Voice Pack", although you need to edit its XComContent.ini file to enable those voices for SPARKs.
How can you make this MOD work in wotc。
Ah, just found this out myself. Thanks for the mod though, it was a staple of mine in a number of base game campaigns.
I hope that isn't the case, I really would like to see this get updated eventually as I hate the memory bloat that the other MEC packs provide.
