Sports Arena

Description
This mod adds a sports arena as a constructible building. Sports Arenas are buildings that host many events for a city, such as sports events (like hockey and basketball) concerts, and graduations. It adds two happiness and one culture. Requires Refrigeration and a Stadium in the city it is to be built in. Please enjoy!
