Replaces the Frog races and armours with Pepe variants!

Replaces Frog merchants, villagers/colonists and even Frog furnishings. Gives the new pepes some dialogue, new speech noises and changes what's said by the PC when scanned.

Compatible with most mods except ones that also alter frogs.

Note: I've found that Pepes seem to spawn with a set voice chosen for them. So if you're tired of your colonist saying the same thing you can respawn another one with a different voice by replacing the deed.
