New Haven Springfield Line Scenarios

Description

You are to run a local freight from Hartford Meadows Yard to Windsor Locks and on to the Air Force barracks at Bradley Field. Your train is waiting for you in the yard.

This scenario for the Springfield Line will take you about an hour to complete. You will be doing a few switching moves along the line while several AI trains move around you. Watch the signals and listen to the dispatcher.

Nice scenario!! Well thought out, signals and AI traffice were all spot on. Nice to finish up on the branch line as we don't get to see that much! Thanks for sharing!!

this is awsome i live only 10 min from this stop and it comes through my town of windsor which is part of the route and continue into hartford and to new haven which has a route now this is wonderful love it

Great scenario. The only issue I had was that I wsa stuck behind red signal indication and had to SPAD to get onto the Suffield branch. Not sure why.

Thanks for the kind comments, it's great to hear that this type of railroading has its fans too.

@SandDancer44: Thanks for the heads-up! We are currently investigating an issue (bug) that only affects the Trains & Drivers update of the route and that may well be causing the error you are seeing too. Keep an eye on RailWorksAmerica and the Trains and Drivers website, we should be able to post a bugfix fairly soon.

I've get "Unable to load file - Tracks.bin" when loading scenario - after pressing F2 runs OK until approach to Windsor Locks-Suffield junction where I am held by signal at red. When attempting to pass (even with passing signal at red setting unticked) scenario ends.

I have original route rather than through DTG/Steam
