Oil pollution

Hi,
I searched about 2 or 3 hours for his water particles but I couldn't find anything. If someone know where his particles are located please tell me because my original plan was to made him a pure oil thing.

After experimenting(failing) with him I thought this blue floating water around him gives him a good contras to what he actually is... but thats only my opinion.
