Description
Adds the Western Frontier as a civilization led by General Herman.

UA: Let Freedom Ring: Units get a +1 LOS. City State Friendship Modifier is at 6 times normal and City States resources gifted to you are doubled.

UU1: Grunt: Replaces the Infantry. These units are faster and Cheaper to make but are Weaker than the Infantry.

UU2: Heavy Tank: Replaces the Modern Armor. These units are stronger and do not require Aluminum to make.
