Description
Adds the Xylvania Civilization led by Kaiser Vlad.

UA: Xylvnian Might: Units get a 50% increase to XP gained. Units have 25% less maintinance cost.

UU1: Mobile Artillery: Replaces the Artillery. It can move faster, Is stronger, and doesn't need to be set up to fire.

UU2: Fast Gunship: Replaces the Helicopter Gunship. This unit is cheaper to make and is faster than the normal Gunship.
