Change the power draw of the Sun Lamp to 500 rather than 2900.

Realistically, I think it does take a lot of power to do this kind of thing, but from a gameplay perspective, it feels really excessive, especially since it only leaves you with 700 W from a Geo Gen'.

I just noticed how much power it uses. Thanks for the mod. Why would the devs think 2,900 is acceptable for a sun lamp?

Honestly I don't even know how to do the patch operation, I tried it but I wasn't doing it right since it was throwing out errors, but I don't know what I was doing wrong. I'd make it adjustable but yeah, I'm BASIC.

Alright fair enough, I have been convinced, I'll have a look at changing it to a patch then.
