Adds Mount Targon, from League of Legends, to Civilization V.

Leader: Pantheon
Unique Ability: "Celestial Aspects", Cities built on hills yield +1 faith and gain +4 city defense strength. All land units trained in cities on hills recieve +15 experience.

Unique Building: "Solari Temple", temple replacement, yields +3 faith rather than +2 faith, and has no maintenance cost.

Unique Unit: "Rakkoran Spearman", starts off with the Drill I promotion [combat strength in rough terrian increased by 15%], and earns 50% of opponent's strength as faith for kills.

The Mount Targon civilization can be played in a variety of ways. They can found a pantheon easily early on if they settle on hills, and also gain more faith with their unique building, the Solari temple. Their unique unit and ability also allow them to be quite aggressive, and earn more faith, through their Rakkoran Spearmen's victories. They excel in rough terrian with lots of hills, as this allows them to make use of their Unique Unit and Unique Ability better.
