Name Is LordZarmack or LZ, I've been modding for years, many different games Twcentre and many other platforms under aliases, including Nexus/ before some staff false flagged my work and then a Admin side attempted to screw me over me exposing a co-modder of denying working with myself, "I didn't screenlog our conversations" so Ultimately I had no proof of our co-modding work and later tried to destroy my credibility and legacy, including all my enclave mods and bos mods and later still, tried to claim I stole assets, but I had not done so with any intent, "was due to a master file" Turned out it was all about him wanting to monetise the mod... "Big Suprise" all of this led up to me being hesitant to working with any other modder, until I met Yf22...I used to be the lead mod creator on nexus for BOS and enclave content, from role-play starts to faction warfare. I've worked with the great XCALIBOR and his ammunition/gun mods and radious on multiple occasions. I have years of experience modding stats and balancing from atilla and the total war. Sins of solar, 7 days and so on.... It's been my life growing up. "This is my passion" ""any team member must have a willingness to learn or a Cv of sorts.""

My co modder for this mod "YF22" - He's a bit of a unknown, Highly talented and lots of skill in graphic design and a huge fan of the X-series Like myself...easily the Best co-modder one could ask for. We came together to create this mod and hope you enjoy it... as for what I/Yf22 are looking for is a consistent partner/ Team member for stellaris to help us improve the quality of the mod and keep it up-to-date as both of us are quite occupied.

I bet that was a really good mod before it become outdated, thanks for your work there are still some really good halo mods on this game, i just miss one who remplace the model of the Ring Habitat by a good classical halo ring lol

I do believe my models are out there, someone asked permission to re-use them in some halo mod awhile back and I said yes so they are out there ~ somewhere on the workshop

... I'd rather work on a actual Halo sim/sci-fi game and do the job properly than keep being dependent on another game companies backbone when i'm essentially ripping that one out and re-coding it to be for one single mod.

Now if I was making my own game entirely, I would ofc have no issue taking payment but this is very, very unlikely to happen guys so as much as it sucks, i'd just treasure the time had with the mod years ago in it's prime and let it go.....

That said, I would happily make a game but I don't have the contacts anymore nor would it be necessarily "halo" anymore as in my older age I've become very much mentally in-tune with starship troopers and become quite political + these days i'm considering writing as a outlet rather than modding though I still do mod games, just never anywhere near this.

What I'm saying is: "Maintaining this mod is a job in it's own ~ you'd have to be a mad lad to put the time and work into it constantly without payment or any financial incentive"

so while possible, I just don't see anyone doing it without... but i'm sure there's someone out there that would, just "if" they could deliver after getting my permission to do so as YF22 is long gone (despite the steam account active) I do not believe it is him.

If it was ever to be remade you'd need a new skinjob for the ships (the ones me and yf made in blender) + halo, and all other objects...then you'd need a small group of up-to date coders for stellaris + something to motivate them to proceed and continue working knowing full well at any moment all of their work can be broken and need 20+ hrs to fix...

Then on top of that you've got general maintenance...bug fixing, patches time to time ~ I honestly understand now why other modders making this sort of content ask for payment or some sort of help because it's all well and good doing this when your not in work and have unlimited time as some passion project but full time modding is a lot of work, more so with paradox updating it constantly... you may have luck there, but I've always refused to take payment for modding as I don't believe in it personally.

Aye, it'd need a full rebuild and re-code to work with modern variants. Considering coding all the halo events previously took over a year to do with 2 people, mapping out each keystone event, what happened, how it happened and forcing it all through a story line that while let the player create a path, set in motion key events with player decisions - that alone is months of work.

From halo's firing to shield world gran ting the only immunity to the halo activation... letting players restart the whole game all over and continue on what essentially was a new game +, working both inn multiplayer and single...all ai coded..scripted again... with other people trying to make small parts of this mod again failing to my knowledge

Is this mod dead now, I absolutely loved this mod one of the best! Please tell me it’s going to be updated at some point the work put into it is amazing! Tried so many different ways to get it to work and I can’t! Please update it’s so good!

Christ, I was 15 when this banger of a mod came out, it was amazing, thank you for it and I hope you or someone with as much dedication picks it back up.
