Thanks for the feedback. I'll look at a map of the Mediterrenean and add the apprporiate coastal passages.

to keep it realistic the coastal tiles should extend out about 5 or 6 tiles everywhere near coastline

might wanna put in more coastal tiles. not only makes early sea exploration easier,but allows for somewhat more realistic trade routes. besides,im pretty sure the fastest way to Italy/Rome from Tunisia/Carthrage wasnt to go to Iberia/Spain,then Gaul/France...

other than that,decent map!
