Energy Dash Restoration

Description
-Updated for 1.3-
Remember back in beta versions when you could energy dash across entire planets, only touching the ground 5 times? This returns the new, shoddy dash tech back to its former glory.
Removes cooldown on dash tech, allows dashing midair, allows jumping while dashing and preserves your momentum after dashing.

FAQ:
you can freely un/install without anything breaking
this mod is not clientside
obligatory no issues with FU as far as i can tell, but it does makes its dash upgrades kinda pointless

update 5-22-2022: now calls custom script instead of replacing dash.lua

@tundra You really should make this mod compatible with other mods that do modify the dash.lua. It's not difficult to do so. Tell me if you want help with that

@Augusonic This mod is still working fine on my end, you might have another tech mod conflicting with it.
