Description
A simple mod that removes the possibility for this event to occur. Alot of people dislike this event for its game changing nature and I thought I'd remedy that.

*Edit* No longer overwrites all other events.

Calm down asshole. Not everyone is aware of the scenario editor, which is useless for disabling events mid-game. It's better to patch it out.

My toxic fallout lasted until forever. I had 150 emergency food packages, a hundred simple meals, 60 fine meals and thousands of raw food. Everyone starved to death. :-(

You can disable events without the use of mods, that's why this likely hasn't been updated. Use the scenario editor instead.
