50s Soviet "Lighthouse" Tower [RICO]

설명
Corner tower "Lighthouse" style brick tenement, based on the real building built in the middle of 1950s on the central squere of Losinoostrovsk/Babuškin city (from 1960s is a part of Moscow as Babuškinski district).

You can use Google maps to campare it with original: 55.861530, 37.674720

This asset is made for RICO mod and best using with it. In game it is a high density residental building (3 level).

Please note that this asset is oriented in the way to complete a pair of 3-door tenements, placed in 90° to each other. It may be a difficult task for a new user to use it propely.

Also I strongly recomend to use Anarchy mod (includend in Sharp-angles mod) while placing this building.

yep, it is ingame lod-generation issue. Would like to fix, but hate to make custom LODs...

hi, nice assets but when moving from the distance the tower makes a small visual glitch (sort of a little black square, on the interior side. The other tower of the same set has no problem, only this one.

I think I just should make a ready to put angle version whith a tower and two line sections. I will do this when I have time. it would have smallel textures though but still will work for average user without any depends)

Ok. I understand, thanks for the advise. I couldn' open the image though. Again, your job was great but is there a possibility to make a second version with the front part of the building facing the street? With the current configuration I can't place it in the same level as the main avenue because the terrain is not plain (hard to explain with words). It would be great to have both versions. :)

its not a mistake, in fact.

Look: the best way is to built an yard road and put the tower (see my scheme: http://image.prntscr.com/image/2811eb4e166d4acdb40e7c897da43482.png) . Then - built line section close to tower (exit must be placed towards yard road). Then - the other line section. It is realy not so easy but it makes more freedom for building realistic soviet-like quarters and requested by users.
It is much easier with Road Anarchy mod

Hi Kowkamurka, I need help with this. The building seems to be incorrectly placed, I mean, the rear is at the front and facing the road, while the front part of the building is looking back. It happens in the 3 buildings. Is this a mistake or I'm doing something wrong? Please adivise how to place this buildings like in the screenshot. Thanks! great job!

no pain - no gain. Tip: bild corner one first using cheapest roads to orient in right direction

I don't understand the orientation. Why is the back corner facing the road? Now I need to place a road "behind" the building and the 3-door tenement have to go over this road. It's very annoying

it appears in unique buildings menu, not in RICO
