This is only part 1, and the developer has decided to re-make They Hunger Again on the Unreal Engine IV engine, so there won't be any further parts to this for Synergy.

Download and install They Hunger Again to sourcemods which is located in:
Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
Either create a copy or a symlink for the bsp: "intro" in sourcemods\hunger\maps and name it: "th_intro"
This is because HL2 includes a map called intro which is a conflict for They Hunger's intro.
If you are on the Synergy 4.3 beta, you don't have to do any additional steps other than subscribe to the addon.
Then copy the folder called 698969705 located in:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\17520
and paste in: Steam\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom
If you have Synergy installed in the default directory and are running a 64-bit computer, you can use this command in cmd.exe to make it easier:
^ That is meant to be on one line, copy it, then right click on the cmd.exe window, click paste and press enter.

Right click on the finder icon and click "Go To Folder" and type in:
In this folder you will find common, sourcemods, and workshop. Download and extract They Hunger Again to sourcemods using an archiving program, you should be able to open the exe and extract it. Now make a duplicate copy of the bsp file: "intro" in sourcemods/hunger/maps and name it "th_intro", this is because HL2 includes a map called intro which is a conflict for They Hunger's intro.
Download this addon and copy the folder in workshop/content/17520 under the name "698969705" to: common/Synergy/synergy/custom and when you start up Synergy, you should be able to see They Hunger Again in Create Server and also be able to join servers that host it.

Download and install the mod to sourcemods. Copy or symlink the map "intro" in sourcemods\hunger\maps to "th_intro".
If you are on the Synergy beta 4.3, you can now add 698969705 to your Synergy\synergy\cfg\workshop_srv.cfg
If you don't have workshop_srv.cfg, just create a new text document and rename it to that.
The content tag and first map is: "th th_intro"

Known problems:
Car and sign posts in the intro are full bright.
