IMPORTANT: Further development is abandoned but I will attempt to fix it if it is crashing after an RWR update.
Consequentially there may be some bugs and unusual issues, but I will try to keep it being able to be played.

DESCRIPTION:

This is a hardcore WWI mod, which also features a few base-construction mechanics and an inventory of special weapons.

First up: big credits to Master Blaster for his Vehicle and Weapon models, many of which are used in this mod.
Be sure to check out Running in the Trenches if you're looking for an alternative WWI experience!
This mod would not have been possible without his help.

OVERVIEW:
---------
-Factions are the Germans, British, and Italians. I chose the Italians as a third faction because in a free-for-all 3-faction battle,
it made some plausible sense as they historically were initially bound to the Central Powers and then switched sides to the Entente.

-Each Faction has lots of new Soldier models - 4+ variations for Regulars, 1 for 'Heavy Infantry', 'Sniper', 'Body Armour', 'Veteran', 'Officer', and also 'Flamethrower Operator.'

-Vehicles have superb quality models made by Master Blaster. You can find more vehicles in his Running in the Trenches mod if you would like to see more factions.

-Every weapon, explosion, and artillery has all new sounds, many developed and mixed from actual weapon recordings.

-All weapon stats are changed to be much more realistic - Machine Guns will kill in one shot, and are pretty darn accurate, and even Pistols hold a modest chance to stop a man in a single round.

-Many weapons have vastly increased range (such as Mortars, HMGs, Sniper Rifles) to allow them to function with much greater defensive firepower.

-Each faction has a handful of rare and prototype weapons.

-All new Artillery Strikes with new special effects. (These were new at the time of the initial release of the mod and may not be as spectacular as current RWR / Pacific effects.)

-Extended defensive arsenal, allowing you to carry extra sandbags, set up Bunkers, build Basecamps, and even deploy new Armouries.

there is a weird bug that gives all items negative encumbrance, anyone know how to fix?
