Reduced Shield Glare

Description
This mod eliminates the glare/3d effect on the flag shields that may obscure the radiance of waifus!

Here [imgur.com] are a few tests. The transparency values are 0-255 but below 128 it gets basically transparent. 255 is the default full glare value.

Should be possible, yes. Problem is how much is 'a little'. Gonna experiment with it once I have a bit of time.

Subscribed because that glare pisses me of, I wanna see what a handsome leader I am, lol.

But would it be possible for you to just lessen it a little instead of removing it and put it as another mod, perhaps? A little glare can always be appreciated, lol :knight:

This is awesome! But I have a question:

Navies still have glarey flags. Can you make the mod remove the glare from those aswell?
