The "Super Wirbel"-Steelcoaster was build in 1979 in the "Holiday Park", near Hassloch, Germany. 2013 the ride was demolished because of not being that popular. Before tearing it off it was the oldest coaster with inversions in Germany. The maximum capacity of the ride with two trains with each 6 wagons for 4 people, are 1300 people per hour. The highest drop on the rollercoaster was 21 meters and the complete length of the original track was 732 meters. At first it was build for a mobility usage for funfairs, but it takes too much time to set it up so it was not useful. There were 4 more of this coasters worldwide, some of them are still operating (more Informations about that here http://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=2&mo=8204&ex=1 )

Die "Super-Wirbel"-Stahlachterbahn wurde 1979 im "Holiday Park" Hassloch aufgestellt. 2013 wurde die Attraktion abgerissen, da sie nach Auffassung des neuen Parkbetreibers zu wenig Besucher hatte. Vor dem Abriss war sie die älteste Überkopf-Achterbahn deutschlands. Die maximale Personenkapazität des Fahrgeschäfts betrug 1300 Gäste pro Stunde, bei einem Betrieb mit 2 Zügen, 6 Wagen pro Zug mit jeweils 4 Sitzplätzen je Wagen. Die höchste Abfahrt betrug 21 Meter und die Gesamtstreckenlänge belief sich auf 732 Meter. Ursprünglich wurde diese Bahn für den mobilen Einsatz geplant, jedoch stellte sich heraus das es zu lange dauerte das Fahrgeschäft auf- und abzubauen. Es wurden noch 4 weitere Bahnen mit dem selben Streckenverlauf gebaut und weltweit verkauft, einige davon fahren noch heute (weitere Informationen dazu hier http://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=2&mo=8204&ex=1 ). An der Stelle dieser Bahn befindet sich nun im Park der "Sky Scream", eine Katapultachterbahn. Die Korkenzieher des "Super-Wirbel" sind jedoch erhalten geblieben, wurden neu lackiert und als Erinnerung an die Achterbahngeschichte dort stehen gelassen.
