Ravens Loft

Description
**Please Note: This Mod is incompatible with the Hearthfire DLC (hope to fix sometime this Summer).**

Player home on a mountain side just NE of Clear Spring Tarn. Based on/for the Sneaky Types, but decent home for anyone.

Look CHUM...here's the deal,

The Guild told me they would only be sending one of our own to crash at my pad for awhile...supposedly Mercer came up with this plan! Believe me, it's only temporary, when I get home you better clear out fast!!!

I am out on all these stupid assignments, you know, every time I walk into the Flagon it's either Delvin or Vex buggin the crap out of me...Hey, you need some coin, hey, you want some extra work. Nag Nag Nag Nag Nag Nag Nag! Like I have a choice...and they keep sending me all over this 8-gods forsaken country to pick someone's pocket, or mess with a business ledger...really! On top of that all these freakin dragons are on me like stink on sh....well...you get the idea. Plus...Brynjolf is always like...I can't talk to you now lass... like he is 007 or somethin, and Frey...that dude is a serious jerk! (take my advice, don't go out on a mission with him...he's so full of himself like he is Talos' answer to the almighty warrior, and he is a total backstabber!).

Look...all I'm sayin is be cool with my crap, and it all better be here when I get back! If Karliah stops in, tell her I want my stilettos back!

-Raven

p.s. Don't drink all my FRICKEN BEER!

This was my second attempt at a home that had everything I wanted...cozy, but enough room to spread out in....basically....a single cell dwelling.

Major updates:
- added a bath room (does nobody crap in Skyrim? Ysolda does...shes in there right now!).
- changed bedroom for better use of space.
- added 4 more bookshelves.
- few more weapon racks.
- got rid of the bladesword rack...shoot, just download the blade-smithing mod if you want them.
- added some insects...if they are out of control please let me know!!!
- added Raven Armor, also craftable.
- added Raven Weapons, also craftable.
- Respawn is significantly less than normal.
- Changed outside entrance stairs.

New fixes as of 7/10/12
- Hope to have fixed all of the weapon plaques/cases from regurgitating weapons onto the floor when the cell respawns (q. 10 days game time).
- Ysolda was kicked out of the bathroom...should now be Lydia...WOOT!

Fixes as of 7/22/12
- Exterior/Interior NavMesh should be corrected for follower access and entry.
- Raven Hood 3rd person visual should be corrected.
- Redguard bodies are visible again.
- Ulfrics gag is back in place during game intro.

Fixes as of 7/25/12
- Raven Armor is now visible in 3rd person.

Fixes as of 7/29/12
- Exterior navmesh corrected from Clearspring Tarn to front entrance.
- Spouse can now move in with the "Spouses Can Live Everywhere" mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11370).
- Raven armor and gear (including craftable) now has the correct armor rating.

Update as of 8/4/12
- Portal from Ragged Flagon back to the loft has been made visible. Find it on the right hand wall (headed towards the pub) between the vendor stalls.

Fixes as of 8/14/12
- Raven Bow critical effect changed from mass-paralysis to invisibility.

Fixes as of 12/25/12 (Merry Christmas!)
- Raven's Hat should now be working normally.
- Doors should not open into bricks.
- Bathroom clipping should be fixed.
- Deleted girl in bathroom due to constant insults, and that she goes on walk-about if you move a spouse in, or refuses to let your spouse move in....jealous little....
- Added more cabinets.
- New book and satchel on the alchemy table...enjoy!
- Reset all manequins.
- Reset the cell respawn rate back to normal. This was causing way to many issues including manequin issues, and weapons falling off of walls, etc.

Fix as of 12/30/12
- Map marker to home should now be visible on the world map. Also loaded updated pics of the interior.

Please let me know if you are experiencing bugs as I will be monitoring and making fixes. Overall lighting needs a bit of work....that will come. Please let me know if your mannequins are buggy...not sure how to fix it but it is based on the respawn rate (I believe). Also, let me know if the respawn is to fast for you.

Thanks all....please star if you enjoy. Also, please check out my other mods:
- A Summers Home (Player Home)
- Breezehome by Toothcutter (Player Home)
- High Hrothgar Express (Game Play Help)
- Thieves Guild Mission Door (Game Play Help)

Also...a shout out to mattcm919 for all the inspiration :)

It says the mod isn't compatible with hearthfire DLC. Is that still the case?

I love the home. Everything you need in one cozy space. My only grumble is the fast travel landing spot is a real pain if you fast travel there with a horse. IMO the landing spot should be at the top of the stairway on that deck instead of in front of the door. I knocked my horse off there 2x already and they get expensive to replace.

This is a mod i legitimately enjoy. It's perfect for any character you're playing as, whilst not being massive like a lot of mods. It's just simple and small. I hope you, eventually, return and update this to work with Hearthfire.

I love this mod. Had it downloaded before got all the added DLC's. I sure hope you can get this to work with Hearthfire DLC.

I have been away from the game for awhile. Is this mod compatible with Hearthfire dlc yet?

Hey Toothcutter, I want to start off by saying this is an AMAZING mod! You did a really great job on it. I just have one concern: I have another mod downloaded callled Amazing Follower Tweaks which gives you a spell called Bless Home which allows you to move your family into the house. I tried using it, and a message appeared in the top left corner of my screen saying 'This is not one of my homes...' Is there anyway that you can make it so that I can move in here? No rush, and thanks in advance

Wish I could use this mod. I marked it favorite so I can download it if it ever becomes Hearathfire DLC compatable.

Hey evinmeer, Cheers! Allthough I do need to spend some time fixing all the issues...but manequins are just a nightmare! Happy gaming.

I love this mod SO much! Even when the manakins in the bedroom eat my armor, or the weapons cases decide to spit out my favorite daggers all over the floor, I just can't bring myself to give up Ravens Loft as my character's home. It's just so fricken perfect - all the crafting stations in one room (plus storage!); the darling little kitchen; the overflowing pantry; and of course, the instant access to the Thieves Guild (thank the gods for that - I always hated having to load into and then through Riften, it seemed like SUCH a time waster)... simply put, there just isn't another mod house out there that I can honestly say is better than Ravens Loft.
